Would you expect a Criminal to steal these 5 items?

When you lock up your house at night, have you ever thought to secure your braai or patio furniture? If you stop and take a look around there are probably a few valuable items that will catch any thief’s eye.

Would you expect a criminal to come onto your property and steal these items?

   o   Patio Furniture

Most outdoor chairs and what not are light and easy to carry, so don’t expect it not to get stolen! To protect your outdoor furniture is to tie them together with a cable at night and lock your smaller things away in a deck box.

Protect your cooking equipment from thieves by packing it in the garage or shed. If that’s not possible, use a heavy duty cable to attach it to the patio or nearby tree.

   o   Pets

Criminals have no conscience; they’re just there to make a quick buck. So they have no shame in jumping over the fence and stealing your dog. Prevent the loss of a family pet by having them wear an identification tag and ensure they stay somewhere safe and sound.
