     1.       Personal Information. Simple things such as a form you’re filling out with sensitive information, can do a lot of damage if it gets into the wrong hands!

     2.       Cash. It is impossible to reclaim money, so a burglars love cash. Plus they know all your common hiding places like the sock drawer, side table, small safe, etc.

     3.       Medication. Prescription medication can go a long way when it comes to usage and resale value.

     4.       Jewellery. Burglars are attracted to gold, diamonds and family heirlooms just as much as you are, so find a creative place to stash them and avoid the back of your underwear drawer.

     5.       Electronics and devices. This one is obvious – TVs, phones, computers, laptops, stereos and other electronics are valuable and usually left in the open.

     6.       Firearms. Don’t think criminals won’t go the extra mile to steal your gun – lock it away in your safe or cabinet!

     7.       Tools. If a burglar can’t gain access to your home they will most likely aim for your garage, and tools can bring in some great money for them.
